Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to this website, the shop and our software development services, provided by DOIMIH DESIGN S.R.L. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of projects.doimih.net, to packages bought in the shop and to software development services offered under the Doimih Code brand. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If a written agreement or order confirmation signed with us says something different, that document prevails.

1. Who we are

The services are provided by DOIMIH DESIGN S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Bucharest, Romania, European Union.

  • Sole registration code (CUI): 27344782
  • Trade Register no.: J40/8350/2010
  • Address: Drumul Gura Putnei 137A, Bucharest, Romania
  • Email: support@doimih.net

2. Our services

We design and build custom software: web applications, SaaS products, e-commerce, integrations, AI features and automation, and we deploy and maintain them. We work with direct clients and, under B2B or C2C agreements, with agencies, consultancies and other companies.

3. Quotes and agreements

  • A project estimate sent by email is an indication, not a binding offer, until we both confirm scope, price and timeline in writing.
  • For custom projects, partnerships and subcontracting, scope, deliverables, schedule, rates, payment schedule, confidentiality and intellectual property are set in a written agreement or order confirmation.
  • Changes to the agreed scope are made in writing and may change the price and the timeline.

4. Shop packages

  • Each fixed-price package has a scope and a delivery time shown on the Shop page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
  • Delivery times are counted in business days from the moment we receive payment and the information we need to start, including the onboarding brief.
  • Delays caused by missing or late information from you extend the delivery time accordingly.

5. Prices and payment

  • Shop packages are paid in full, in advance, through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us. Prices are shown on the Shop page at the time of purchase.
  • Custom projects and B2B / C2C contracts: price, currency, invoicing schedule and payment deadline are set in the written agreement.
  • Advance on custom projects: unless the written agreement says otherwise, one half (1/2) of the agreed total price is paid when the project is contracted. You pay it through a secure Stripe payment link that we send you. Once Stripe confirms the payment, we confirm in writing the start date and the expected end date of the project. The remaining half is paid through a second Stripe payment link, at the time set in the agreement.
  • Invoices are issued by DOIMIH DESIGN S.R.L. Taxes, including VAT, are applied according to Romanian and EU law and the customer's status.

5.1. Cancellation of a custom project

If you decide not to continue a custom project after paying the advance, notify us in writing at support@doimih.net. The date on which we receive your notice counts.

  • Notice received within 5 days of the advance payment: we refund the advance through Stripe, to the payment method you used, minus the payment processing fee that Stripe charged on that payment, which is borne by the payer. The time the money takes to reach you depends on your bank.
  • Notice received more than 5 days after the advance payment, before the project is completed: the advance is retained.

These rules apply to custom projects. Where a written agreement sets different cancellation terms, the agreement prevails.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content and access that the work needs, on time.
  • Make sure you have the right to use the material you give us (texts, images, data, brands).
  • Review deliverables and report problems within a reasonable time.

7. Intellectual property

Ownership of the deliverables and the conditions of any transfer or licence are defined in the agreement or order confirmation for each project. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences. We may mention the existence of a project in our portfolio only where this is agreed, or where the project is our own.

8. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information about your business and systems as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work. For partnerships, a separate non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.

9. Support and warranty

Where a package or agreement includes post-launch bug-fix support, it covers defects in the delivered scope for the period stated there. It does not cover new features, changes of scope or problems caused by third-party services or by changes you make yourself.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for the affected work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it or send spam through its forms. The content of the site, including text, design and code that belongs to us, may not be copied without permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

12. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first. Failing that, the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders and agreements already concluded remain under the terms in force when they were made. Questions: support@doimih.net.
