1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using Doisense, an AI-based digital wellness platform. By using the platform, the user fully accepts these terms.

2. Service description

The platform provides: • general emotional support • emotional state analysis • self-reflection question generation • wellness reports and plans • non-medical recommendations The platform does NOT provide: • medical diagnosis • psychological treatment • psychiatric counselling • therapeutic interventions • medical recommendations The platform is a self-reflection and personal development tool.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age.

4. User account

The user is responsible for: • account confidentiality • accuracy of data entered • all activity conducted in the account

5. Subscriptions and payments

The platform offers BASIC, PREMIUM and VIP plans. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are recurring. Users may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's refund policy.

6. Trial

Users receive 7 free trial days. At the end of the trial, access is suspended unless a subscription is activated.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is not responsible for: • user decisions • interpretation of recommendations • emotional or psychological consequences • financial losses • temporary unavailability of the service The platform is provided "as is".

8. Prohibited uses

Users may not: • use the platform for illegal purposes • attempt unauthorised access • copy or redistribute AI-generated content • verbally abuse the AI or the team

9. Account suspension

The platform may suspend an account in the event of: • abuse • fraud • breach of terms

10. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified.

11. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
